One year of Registered Agent Services in New York State provided by South Shore Registered Agents, LLC. This service will automatically renew after one year but can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation requires your business to find a new registered agent. All of your information is kept secure and confidential. Billing on your statement will show up as South Shore Registered Agents, LLC. We currently accept VISA and MASTERCARD as payment methods. First time services is billed as $6.50 /month anually plus an initial filling and setup fee of $30.00. This includes the NYS required fee for changing registered agents. By completing payment you agree to the terms and conditions set forth on this website. You also agree to having read and understanding the terms and conditions and privacy policy set forth on this website. After completing payment you must fill out the required account creation forms and Certificate of Change forms. These forms are provided electronically, no printing or mailing necessary.
